European Union deploys aerial assistance as Cyprus tries to contain ‘worst’ forest fire

The European Union has deployed aerial assistance to help Cyprus turn down huge forest fires raging north of the cities of Limassol and Larnaca. The blaze has resulted in widespread power cuts in the area.
