Nepali Congress to stake claim to form next govt, engaged with other parties to crack deal

Since the Oli government lost the confidence of the lower house, the main opposition party, the Nepali Congress, has decided to stake a claim for the prime minister's post and is engaged in hectic parleys with other parties to conclude a deal.
