Global coronavirus COVID-19 deaths toll at 1.53 lakh; more than 7 lakh cases in US

The total number of coronavirus COVID-19 cases across 185 nations spiraled towards 2,240,768 and the death toll stood at 153,871 at  07.00 am (IST) on Saturday (April 18) as per the Johns Hopkins University data.
